The Acres Resort is in the Bukit Tinggi valley, Bentong, about 30 to 40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. Its lawn looks out over the hills, and most hosts want the dinner itself outside on that lawn.
For an outdoor dinner, we plan the serving area under cover, keep hot food in warmers, and agree a wet-weather plan with you in advance. A banquet works for a seated wedding; canapés are a good fit for the sunset drinks before it.
